Why doesn’t the camera side make sound when V360 Pro APP opens voice intercom?

  1. For Apple mobile phone, go to Mobile Settings-V360 PRO-open the microphone permission.
  2. For Android, go to Settings-Apps-Permission Management-V360 PRO-open the microphone permission. 3.
  3. Reboot is needed, if there is no voice prompt when you turn on the camera, it means the camera speaker is broken.
  4. Try to update the camera firmware and app version.
