What should I do if the V360 PRO camera does not show the memory card, no video recording and no playback?

(1) Check the capacity of the memory card and its status, it is recommended to use 16G and above memory card.
(2) Check whether the camera time is synchronised.
(3) After setting the time, close the APP and open it again, turn off the video setting and then turn on the video again.
(4) Wait for a while and if there is still no playback then check if the APP version is updated.
(5) If APP is the latest version but still no video, then go to Maintain Device – Format Memory Card – Restart Device and wait for a while to see if there is video.
