1.The connection is the hotspot of the camera, with 4G network or other WiFi it drops out. Connect the camera to the router wifi.
2.Power off and reboot the camera and router, close the APP and reopen it to make sure the camera can be connected normally.
3.Update APP and camera firmware to the latest version.
4.Reset the camera to re-add
